Excellence & Well-Being: An Evergreen Approach to Strategic Planning

Charting Indian Creek's Next 50 Years

The 2024 Strategic Plan is the culmination of 50 years of inspiration and dedication of the Indian Creek School community. As the School launches into it's second half-century of excellence, we stand poised to take our vision of kindness, well-being, and educational excellence to new heights.

The multi-phased plan sets clear, actionable strategies for the next five years, as we plan for the next 50. The plan comprises four tenets: 1) advance our vision of Educational Excellence, 2) tell The Creek Story in bigger and better ways, 3) ensure the school’s long-term financial durability, and 4) expand the campus footprint across our beautiful 114-acres.

This five-year plan will positively impact the experience of ICS students from day one, and will lay the groundwork for a new instructional building and planned enrollment growth.
