Indian Creek School Dance Team

The Indian Creek School Dance Team is led by professional dance coaches who will bring a variety of dance styles and specialties to our students.
Our dance team is open to all students in grades 6 – 12. On Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, students of all ages and levels will participate as Company Dancers in technique classes and choreography rehearsals. Dance rehearsals will take place after school during Upper School sports hours from 3:45-5:30 p.m. for all students.
Middle School students, please note that this is different from the Middle School sports schedule. This means that students in grades 6-8 who are interested in participating in both dance and after school sports may do so.
The competition team will work on Mondays and Fridays to prepare for competitions. Students must participate in both winter and spring seasons to be a part of the competition team. Dancers selected for the competition team will participate in dance Monday through Friday.
Dancers will be required to supply dance shoes and to wear appropriate attire for all rehearsals/practice times. The school will supply one competition costume each year for each dancer on the Competition Team.
